Different topic, but are any of y'all watching Call me by No Name? I just got done watching the second episode and it has been great so far!

I'm watching it, very strong start, love the Japanese vibe embedded in it. Their chemistry is sky high from the get go tbh.

I haven't watched the second ep yet but I really enjoyed the first episode! Can always count on Japan to have more complex stories/characters!

Chinese GL film "When We Met" (previously known as "Fireworks of Yesteryear") was released yesterday on Jan. 19th. It was livestreamed on QQ, and the team promises to upload the film on Bilibili. Fansubs presumably to come after that.

The film is based on an extra of the novel "What Era Do You Think This Is" by Qi Xiao Huang Shu and livestreamed with over 10,000 viewers. It is directed by Wu Chuan Xin, and stars Ni Jia and He Lei (The Best Day of My Life). The adult-centered GL is already making waves at it features a fabulous on-screen kiss.

The second season of Thai GL webseries "Stay With Me" premiered today (Jan. 20th) on YouTube!

The series is produced by SeriesSiam (Is This Love) who is no stranger to producing GLs, but doesn't seem to have received the prolonged attention of similar channels JPC and H'our yet.

Butches at last! I've really missed gender-nonconformity in the recent slew of Thai GLs. 

The subtitles are AI generated and quite bad. I speak Mandarin so it doesn't bother me, but I think it'd probably get in the way of understanding what's going on if you don't. Some tips: T=tomboy/butch, P=pretty girl/femme. 1 = top, 0 = bottom, 0.5 = verse. They talk about it but they don't really translate.
