just finished up leftovers - chicken, unsweetened coconut milk, curry powder, vegetable stock, squash puree, brown rice

I had leftovers tonight, too.  Tossed some of the roasted veggies with gnocchi and some olive oil and herbs (a little cayenne).  Nothing to write home about, but not bad.

Amarillo Soup-Yellow beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, diced ripe tomatoes, celery, onion, yellow bell pepper, turmeric, saffron, ginger, cumin, paprika, jalapeño salt, thyme, cayenne, and pepper.

Not quite monochrome, but fun nonetheless.  :)
