Can someone recommend me drama smth like bu bu jing xin but as long as it is non-cultivation and historical. a hint of cultivation and martial arts is okay but i hope not totally

Hm, maybe Dreaming Back to the Qing Dynasty (it's the same scriptwriter) and similar plot though the drama seems to have more divided opinions about it.

Princess at Large  - Low budget drama but worth the watch. Mainly about the romance and solving small issues in the 'palace'

The Romance of Tiger and Rose - Really worth the watch as the romance is adorable!
