Can't remember which drama this is?

It's a Chinese drama (I think) where the female lead is a strict boss, and the male lead ends up as an employee in the same office. The drama might start with a (failed?) wedding..? This is really all I can remember, but if anyone has any idea of what it might be, please post below!
