both of them are from Strobe Edge. I've tried searching in MyDramaList and AsianWiki but they're not there :(

I really liked the guy who played Kirishima Shinji in Career:  Offbeat Police Chief. He's not credited on mydramalist or asianwiki. Can anyone identify him?
