Help me find this song!!

Hii everyone! I'm searching for a japanese song but I can only remember the chorus went something like this: ''one dream for two.....(japanese part) two dreams for one.....(japanese again)" please help! I couldn't remember the japanese lyrics and thats why I can't find it :(( I really liked the song and I hope one of you guys can help me oh and at the end "I'll be there for you" was replaying arigato! ^^
