... nope, you are not. i was hoping i was the only one beeing annoyed by the way she acts all cute and talks. urgh... but i think its part of her character and it feels like she is playing that her role ist playing this fake cute?! did that make any sense? o.0 I just hope that she will drop it or i will get used to it... Its HA JI WON we are talking about. I have to endure just for that!:)

But seriously, after the shooting, why did everything go back to "normal"? I kinda felt that something was missing. Like they just dropped this incident. like ups, happend. finshed... really strange. And the preview? Come on, what a speed! Its 20 episodes. I hope this will not be disapointing

I'm actually not bothered by AH's cuteness. I read somewhere that her character is modeled after a real North Korean woman and that same woman is the one that teaches her the accents and the way a woman from NK would behave so maybe she's just meant to be that way.

I am not a lover of aegyo but I LOVE her cute talk. I thought I would be annoyed but I fall for it more and more every episode. I'm almost ashamed lol. The end of episode 6 was epic. I hope his mom isn't too horrible in the coming episodes.

I love who they got to play the princess, Lee Yoon Ji. I like it when a drama adds in multiple love lines.

I feel the same exact way. I still don't understand what the heck he has to do with Lee Jae. I mean I get that he had a grudge against the king since he was little (the first episode where he said he was going to be king as a kid) but I don't get his plan or what he's trying to do. Honestly this drama would be a lot better off if they took out the John Mayer parts and gave that time to developing the main plot and characters.

So for those of you who are enjoying this series-- Did you find you liked it right away from the beginning or did it take a few episodes to start liking it? I only ask because I've watched halfway through ep.3 and I'm thisclose to dropping it. I don't particularly like either of the romantic leads (the prince is a jerk, and I hate how the heroine's personality flipflops so quickly between steely professionalism and desperation to get married) and as for the derpy villain... don't get me started. So in a nutshell, if you have the same problems I do with the early episodes did you think it got better? Or would you say the general tone of the series stays how it started out in the first 3 episodes and I should cut my losses (just time spent)?
