Wich movie can this be?

This is gonna be really hard to explain, because i only remember one scene from it. And i don't know if this is Korean og Japanese. It's a childmovie i think.

It's about a girl who is a witch, she is flying on a broomstick in a beautiful countryside.

Sorry, this is all i remember, but it looks so fun, so i want to see this with my daugher. This was not of any help.
