And btw..What the hell happened to the North Koreans and the NSA? They all disappeared long ago... All I can say is Poor Eric. He deserves better.

You have a very valid point there...lol ottoke! This really is a mess.. I think I could never accept In-Ah and as the main female lead. If she did change her personality, in the emergency state they are in, it would be done from the mega witch we all love to hate, and shake our fists at, to nice girl in 3 seconds (kind of like in Heartstrings when Shin got over the professor in a blink of an eye...) and it wouldn't be believable. BUT like you say "this show is awash now".

Even if it's not my favorite, I was really starting to get into it - especially this last episode. But this...it's pretty much killed any hopes I had of the show. I'll still watch it just to see what they do with it, though. And agreed with you - Heartstrings may not have the best ratings either but none of the cast is giving up - and I'm glad that Park Shin Hye continued to work and didn't throw a hissy and flee the country! Although I'm not as impressed by the show as I'd hoped in the beginning, I still like the actors!

Yeah it kinda kills the title if they kill her off - The Tragedy of Myung Wol The Spy. And yeah that's a problem considering she's a stuck-up princess and nobody likes her >__< . Agreed - the rest of this show is going to be a joke now. I guess they could always say that Myung Wol had plastic surgery and a voice change and give us a new actress....haha - that'd be even more pathetic though...

Imagine if every actor/actress pulled this every time a drama had not so good ratings, it would be crazy. That plastic surgery thing is probably going to be done. Honestly, I'm waiting to watch the show's new episode (if there's ever one...) to see what they did...

And I echo the people before me...Poor Eric, poor cast, poor crew.

If she is pregnant there are ways to accommodate that. I don't know what she is thinking, what she is going through, I only know that the way she left is very unprofessional.
Aggghhh I was so looking forward to this drama i saw 2 eps & then had it on hold waiting for it to finish airing doesnt look worth watching now ...darn it!!!
I share all your frustrations. I'm not seeing this one yet but I've been waiting for it to finish. But seeing what's happening, I don't think it's worth the wait. Whatever Han Ye Seul's situation is, be it sickness or marriage plans, leaving the country is unacceptable. Heck, even refusing to film is unacceptable. She's an adult and she should act like one. Whatever her issues are, she should get the management to sit down, try to reach a compromise, and stick with it; not stomp her foot like a spoiled child.

I really pity the rest of the cast (esp Eric) and the crew who have to dealt with the mess she made. :(

That is all I have been saying since the first episode... but that is just my opinion. I did put the drama on hold, wanting to give it a change once it was complete and I had nothing else to watch that was time consuming. But now... poor Eric, I feel bad for him and the rest of the cast. I hope he can get another drama right after this one, to make up for the loss. :(
She's got a lot of guts wishing her hoobaes well after the mess she created.

I don't understand her statement "I want to rest." Surely that isn't the only reason. All the cast and crew want to rest. I really liked her as an actress before, but I highly doubt she'll be acting after this so it won't matter anyway, since I won't see her in dramas or movies anymore. Probably.

*sigh*

I think she knows she just killed her acting career in Korea. In the States...who knows? I know about a lot of actors who have complained about the "killer schedules" and none of them have gone to create a mess this huge (that I know of, if someone knows someone who threw a hissy fit before let me know...lol). It's the way almost all Korean dramas are because of the live shoot thing.
Wow... Nice turn of events. But whatever. As long as she's willing to come back. The most important thing is is the broadcast. I just hope that they accept Han Ye Seul back and continue the filming. Just let her finish the last 8 eps. That way changing the storyline could be avoided. Whatever issues they have with her, they could settle it after the drama.

Maybe Han Ye Seul felt that summer was getting a little too boring for us all and decided to liven things up! WOOOO!! (and might I add a big Hoooo!!!) That was some fun real life drama! I feel a little buzzed from the wild ride!

Haha wowww. All that big fuss but at least she came back. I saw episode 11 was raw on DramaCrazy so I guess let's see how it turned out!
One last funny thought then I might be done commenting on this. Part of the reason Han Ye Seul left was because she was working long hours and was worn out and tired. So she took a long ..16hour? flight to LA. Now she's got to turn around and fly right back, for 16 more hours and immediately get to work at her 20+ hour job.

Why do I find this so humorous? I don't wish her ill, I swear but...it's just kind of silly that she had NO REST! and made it worse for herself. *shaking my head*

NO! hahaha! Could you imagine if there was?
Call me cynical but could it have all been to get publicity for the show...im sure as its being talked about more people will wannna check out the show to see if she returns thereby gaining more ratings...?
