Ugh, it started with it looking like those two would get together but it looks like that may not be in the cards anymore as they have not had any more scenes of development (thankt eh GODS!)

Keep saying your prayers there are still 10 episodes left...lol
And so I shall, please let the writers have some common sense! Unless ofc Comrade is going to slap some sense into Bitchy Star...

I think common sense left them completely after the opening scene... =)

I dont know why I love this drama so much. It is funny and cute but makes no sense at all. Seriously no sense whatsoever.

"Oh hi, lets hire a random average girl with no bodyguard skills on her resume to be the nations idols bodyguard. And while we're at it let's not be suspicious at all when that average girl suddenly is super good at fighting and martial art stuff."
Or the other part of the story...
"Uh, Let's have a spy (who isnt actually a spy yet) marry a idol to bring him to the North. But she cant fall in love with him."
Problem 1: Even if he's married to her; what sane person (and idol who needs contact to the outer world to make a living) would ever consider to live in the North? (Isnt everybody in the south GLAD not to live in the North?)
Problem 2: What happens when he's there? Is she going to say "Oh, hi Babe, Everything I told you was fake, good luck sucker"? I am sure he'll stay in the North even though his wife just left him... But if they actually stay together who cares weather she is in love or not?
Problem 3: Lets say not to bother about Problem 2 and just capture the Idol as soon he crosses the border. What would have been the point of the whole "3 months love wedding charade"?
Problem 4: What use has a South Korean Idol in the North? From what I hear even Internet access is illegal in North korea. Actually everything from outside Northkorea is illegal.

Right now the sillyness combined with the nonsense story is pretty amusing and made fall in love with this drama. But after that Slap (total NoGo!) I am wondering how they are planning to go through 10 episodes keeping this mix of cute and horrible ridiculousness up without facing the fact that they dont really have anything to build a story upon.

well, I guess we'll have to wait and see... =)

While I agree with your post....I'm turning a blind eye on all of this because if I let it get to me, I'm not going to enjoy the drama at all...LOL
yeah, i know what you mean... ^.^ I am just worried that thats gonna bite the dramas butt in the end ...
Liubitia wrote: I just finished ep 5. It cracked me up and embarrassed me at the same time. I had to watch through my fingers at her "seduction" attempt in the creepy, red-lit room since I get embarrassed for people. Comrade Ryu is just ridiculously hot. I'm a sucker for a guy who looks that good in a dress shirt and pants

I'm totally the same, awkward scenes like that just kill me. I block the top of the screen with my hand and just watch the subtitles, lol. Comrade Ryu is awesome, when he was working out trying not to think about Myung Wol with Kang Woo, i fell in love with him. And his little smile at the end when he found out she hadn't gone through with it! :o

I think they will. I can totally imagine Ryu making comments to Bitch about how she acts and stuff, and her falling in love with him.

Yeah...lol

I'm watching EP7 now...

1. He takes her back because she has no place to stay. Why can't she sleep at her "parents'" place?

2. I find it highly ironic that every time Ih Na (I hate her) gives Myung Wol "advice" it always sounds like she should be the one following it...

Haha I was wondering that as I was watching it last night.
That was supposed to be a quote but I think I deleted a bracket, haha
---SPOILER for episode 8---
I love how in the beginning of episode 8 he starts seeing her everywhere...only this time she wasn't disguising herself haha.
And yayyy she gets hired back and finally a kiss scene! The way Kan Woo acts afterwards is funny/cute. I love when he tries to get her to change her clothes and hairstyles and none of it works haha. (Question: Where did those colorful hairbands come from?). Then he tells her to cover her face haha. Can't accept that he actually likes her.
Comrade definitely is in love with her. I also have a feeling In Ah likes Comrade, too.
By far my favorite episode so far of this show. Still wondering how it'll all turn out in the end. The ending makes me wanna see the next episode. He knows her goal now, wonder what's going to happen
Just finished episode 8, and I find myself in a position I never thought I would be in EVER.. I am sympathizing with In Ah.. in all the drama's I have ever watched, never once have I sympathized with the 2nd female.. Granted, she is a rich/prissy/witch but she also has it kinda bad.. i don't like her grandfather.. I like Kang Woo.. his character is very complex.. I kind of am having a love/hate thing for Myung Wol.. But all in all am loving this show..

I wonder where those hairbands came from too....and the dress on the trip...wasn't she wearing black shorts when she got in the car? Or did I miss a scene?

I wonder what's gonna happen now too. Will she get fired again? Or is he gonna keep her around to torture her?

I think In Na is just a brat...I can never feel bad for her.
*spoiler*

Just finished ep 8. And I think the direction they're heading is Kang Woo mistakenly assuming that when Myung Wol said her only goal is to marry him, that she's a gold digger. Now we all know the real story, but Kang Woo would never guess that she's a spy ordered to marry him. Cause y'know, that makes no sense at all. Lol.

Also, I have a weird feeling that Gang Woo has something to do with the North as well. Maybe it will turn out his father was a spy from the North, and died during a mission. Or his mom? I can't see him being a spy, but I've been getting these weird vibes that tell me there's more to his history than just scars from the guilt of his father's death. I hope they unleash that soon. With it I think the real connection between Kang Woo and Chairman Joo (besides financial backing) and how their relationship came to be will be revealed.

I think there is more to this drama than simple foolishness mixed with comedy and romance.

Still LOVE it though! <3 :D
There's gotta be some kind of connection with Kang Woo and Myung Wol's dads, surely?
