I'm sooo dissapointed in Han Ye Seoul. I really liked her as an actress but now with all this bad press around her( people complained about her in the beginning of the series as well) i'm starting not to like her. I love Spy Myung Wol though! This series has really become addicting recently and im super upset that we wont get new eps this week due to the mess HYS has created. Ooo and as for Eric, I agree with whoever said that he is not the best looking, but he has grown on me. I even managed to watch Que Sera Sera (not that bad of a drama btw) when i had put it off for a while. But yeah im bummed no SMW this week=(

I don't know what to think other than to repeat my previous statement about feeling worse for the other cast and crew. I do believe the stories about her anxiety and frustration or whatever else led to her conflict with the PD. I feel sorry for her about that. I have sympathy. But the way she is handling this ....oh man is she going to regret this. Poor girl. She's just messed herself up bad. She must have been half there mentally to do this in the first place. Who in their right mind would just destroy their own career like this? So I say she isn't in her right mind at all. I hope it isn't something worse..
AmyBeth76 wrote: OMG i just read the article. I cant believe thier gonna replace her!! im so confused and just wow...how are they going to be able to make Eric's character fall in love with a new character?? im literally like wow.
I find it so strange that they ended right on a point where, as mind boggling as it is that they could replace the main love interest over 1/2 way through a drama, they could totally do it. The last thing you see is her shoot herself in the temple with a gun full of blank bullets and Kang Woo cying over her body. Given everything that has gone down in the last few days (weeks for all we know) how ironic is it that we will pick up from that place when this show does come back. My mind is still kind of blown when I think of the beginning of this series and how different, fun and promising it was.
I just found this article
She left the country for the US? What is going through that girl's head I wonder...??
I agree with you. She's ruined her career - who is going to wanna hire someone who quits production and leaves the country halfway through a show?
That is strange that they left it at such a part. If they are replacing her character with another I just wonder how it's going to turn out - if it's going to be worth watching. (They can't really have another Myung Wol now...so picking up another character and having him fall in love with her in the last 6 episodes would be weird.) This show started off promising - and I'm blown away, too! I can't believe she'd do this - I can only imagine what was going through her head as she up and left them hanging like that.

Wow, just wow... I really feel bad for the other cast and crew too. This is just unprofessional. She really must not be on her right mind to do this. Very bad move on her part. And she definitely destroyed her career by doing this. And I wonder just how many lawsuits after that one they will file...Wow..

It is strange that the last episode left off like that. I wonder what other footage they managed to get. Or now they could just "usher" her to the hospital and announce her dead. This is a big, big mess...

Ohh wow. She just wants to "skip the dating process and get married" ? (Doesn't that ironically sound similar to the show..?). But still - she should've waited, came back and did the rest of the filming before going off and thinking of doing anything like that! And she wants to retire? I guess it's good that she wants to do that because nobody's going to want to hire her now. Shame though, she's a good actress - but this makes me really question her person

ARE you kidding me? How unprofessional can she be to just leave her drama that she is under contract for to get married! i am disappointed that she wants to retire though cause she really is a great actress=( I am really really interested in seeing how they can salvage this show. And i was just thinking, that the reason she doesnt care about finishing this show, is because it has very low ratings in Korea. Maybe she's embarassed and just wants to flee to america to retire. Heartstrings has low ratings too but you dont see Park Shin Hye trying to bail. She even worked when she was hurt due to her accident! There's a professional for you miss Han Ye Seul...

This just gets better and better. She had better get married.
What a mess! Easy to kill her off but how to replace her..."Myung Wol the Spy....is Dead" the new title of the show. Maybe if they had given In-Ah a little gray area and some positive qualities we could accept her comforting Kang Woo and ....oh forget it! This show is a wash now.
And btw..What the hell happened to the North Koreans and the NSA? They all disappeared long ago... All I can say is Poor Eric. He deserves better.

That might be a possibility (about the low ratings) - but just because it may not have the best ratings doesn't mean there aren't any fans of the show. Even if it's not my favorite, I was really starting to get into it - especially this last episode. But this...it's pretty much killed any hopes I had of the show. I'll still watch it just to see what they do with it, though. And agreed with you - Heartstrings may not have the best ratings either but none of the cast is giving up - and I'm glad that Park Shin Hye continued to work and didn't throw a hissy and flee the country! Although I'm not as impressed by the show as I'd hoped in the beginning, I still like the actors!

Yeah it kinda kills the title if they kill her off - The Tragedy of Myung Wol The Spy. And yeah that's a problem considering she's a stuck-up princess and nobody likes her >__< . Agreed - the rest of this show is going to be a joke now. I guess they could always say that Myung Wol had plastic surgery and a voice change and give us a new actress....haha - that'd be even more pathetic though...
And that's a good point! I didn't really notice haha. And yeah I actually like Eric
Whatever happened to professionalism? I mean granted, being a star does make you a little big headed, but its also hard work, and if your not willing to do the work, then don't freakin sign up for it. I have liked this drama from the get go, a few times it made me go "WTF?" but all in all I have enjoyed it, and for the lead female to pull this princess syndrome crap really pisses me off, I feel so bad for all the other people working on this show.. I do have a question tho, what shows are getting the high ratings? I started to watch Protect the Boss last night and I am not to impressed by it..

The two things that come to my mind.
Wow, I wasn't on the forums all day and stepped into this mine field. Seriously, how did things come to this. I feel like we're living a drama right now.....except all of us are the unnamed, unseen, only mentioned netizens that comment on the character's lives in the drama (like in Greatest Love).
I'm currently a little shocked right now.
I had no idea Han Ye Seul was this kind of person. What a disappointment.
Again, poor Eric!!!!!! You deserve much better!!!
