Help! I'm trying to find the title of a Kdrama!

It's about a girl who lives in a traditional style house in the mountains. She ventures into the city occasionally and meets this young hot CEO. He goes to try and find her in the mountains, but she ends up having to save him. He tries to get her to sign a contact to become a trainee.

Does anyone recognise it?

I honestly don’t know if it’s a Korean or Chinese show. The gist of it is a boy and his family move  into the apartment above a girl and her father. The family is upset because they just lost their daughter. The mom goes insane and decides to leave her husband and son behind. The fathers (girl and guy) become friends so the boy and his father always eat all meals together and basically treat each other like family. There’s another kid whose mom just abandoned him, and he lives with the girl and her father. They’re all friends. At some point, the boys’ (the one with a father upstairs) grand mother drops his sister from another father off for him to get to know her buthe didn’t want to. At some point, he leaves everything behind and takes care of his mother (the one who abandoned him) in Thailand with his sister. If someone can figure what the title is called from this please let me know.Thanks

I think it’s with the actress Kim Seul Gi, but i’m not sure. She plays a teenage girl who leaves her mom, who has an alcohol addiction. The teenage girls steals phones to earn some money so she can leave home en search for her dad. A bit further in the serie she finds her “dad” (she thinks it’s her dad, but it’s not) and she wants to kill the girlfriend of the “dad”.  

She also rents a apartment en works in a chicken store i think. She meets theire a boy who also becomes her boyfriend later in the story.
