Can someone help me find the name of a k-drama?
I don't know if it was a drama or movie, but it is about a couple where the men lead was overweight and the female lead love him despite him being overweight. Then he decides to lose weight and he starts running, and the female lead bought him as a gift a pair of shoes... then the men lead got skinny but did not to be with her girlfriend anymore because he got popular and had more girls than before.. after that he regrets breaking up with her but she has another boyfriend.
