Need help finding a K Drama please!

What I can remember of the Drama is:

Female lead has a brother who is in a wheel chair (he was a cop... I think?)

Female lead works at a hairdressers. (Before time skip)

Female lead breaks up/rejects Male lead at hair dressers and he drives off as he's doing his military duty. She chases his car but he carries on driving.

I know it's not a lot of info but I hope it's enough.
