I think it's from 2020.

A female highschool teacher is dating a student in her class. I believe they met before realizing they were teacher/student.

Don't have much more info :)

I saw this video clip in youtube shorts on my phone, but it didn't say what kdrama it was from, but I found it using the history in youtube on my desktop pc.
