The last chapter I've seen is the one of the autistic lady that is in love of a not autistic man. Given the fact that the man was imprisoned becaus they were on a relationship and they said it was not possible to be for sure that the autistic woman wanted or not to be in arelationship, couldn't this exact same thing happen to Lee Joon if someone discovered he and Woo are in love and they kissed?

Just a tip.

You will probably have a better chance getting a response if you created the topic on the drama page: https://mydramalist.com/discussions/strange-lawyer-woo-young-woo?action=new_discussion and try adding the episode number (episode 10) in the title to avoid spoilers!

Edit: You could ask the question here: https://mydramalist.com/discussions/strange-lawyer-woo-young-woo/77479-episode-10-feedback

Also saw you posted the same question 8 days ago? https://mydramalist.com/discussions/korean-dramas-movies-variety-shows/80105-posssibly-spoilers-can-someone-help-mi-with-this-question-i-have-about-extraordinary-attorney-woo

Please do not clutter the forum and keep it with one topic. I would suggest deleting these two topics and create a new one at the first link or you could ask the question in the second link. You could also post the question on the Feeds, which is more active than the forum, just remember to mark it as a spoiler.

And to answer your question. The situation is not the same, the lady from that episode is on a different spectrum and is more a child than an adult and needs more care. She went to an hotel with the guy and did more than just kiss. There was an debate if it was consensual because although she likes the guy she wasn’t ready for what happend. Her mother did not approve of the relationship and wanted to protect her daughter at all costs. So because of family pressure the girl went to the police and filed for rape.

People (in this case mostly family) might not accept Woo Young Woo and Lee Joon Ho’s relationship because they don’t understand it and or are worried that they will not last or hurt each other. They might try to break them up by giving pressure if the writer decides to add this in Season 2.
