actually I heard it from Dj that they are replacing Padam padam with a new medical drama starring Han Hye Jin and I am hoping she can shed some light on this, unless of course she meant it like you're saying, Jeanie. Oh, it's on a new channel? What an excellent way to launch a channel, and I'm happy to hear it. I wasn't aware of it since I basically didn't read anything before I started watching, thank you for this.

I'm pretty sure what is meant by "replacing" is when the drama ends it's 20 episode run, this new medical drama will replace it. But it's not going to be cancelled.
Ah, because what I understood is that Padam, padam is being moved to a different time slot, while the new drama will take its current spot, as it is launching before this one ends. But now that I think about it, I think what DJ meant was precisely what you're saying. Don;t know why I got confused. probably again the addict in me lol.

Sorry Bladey, I meant it how Jeanie explained it. It's not getting cut or moved, it will run it's course as planned and when it's over (I don't want to think about that just now...), Syndrome will take its spot.

Sorry for the confusion.

Bladey, I think you're too emotionally attached to this drama, lol. Can't blame you though, it's a beautiful series.

Bwahahaha! Whatever works girl. You'll like the drama and the nekkies...and the drama too.
I'm two minutes into the first episode:

Initial thought:
It's like watching a documentary.

Second thought:
Oh, crap. I'm gonna cry, aren't I?

Third thought?

I am curious as to what you felt was 'documentary' about this? I'm 10 episodes in and trust me when I say this drama is handled very differently than most all I've seen. I encourage you to stay with it and let me know what you think!

Third Thought:
Kim Bum doesn't look that cute.

Fourth Thought:
Gotta LOVE shower scenes...lol (later on turned into....Gotta LOOOOVE communal shower scenes...:D)

--->The way the drama begins with him eating the way he was, I thought (and I'm being totally honest) He's eating like it's his last meal or something.<--- and that's when my second thought came....LOL
Hwanhee releases “Don’t Leave” for ‘Padam Padam’ OST

As we reported a few days ago, Hwanhee is singing the newest OST for the jTBC drama ‘Padam Padam‘.

‘Padam Padam’ distributed their third OST single, “Don’t Leave” by Hwanhee, earlier today.

“Don’t Leave” is a touching ballad that blends sweet notes from an acoustic guitar with Hwanhee’s husky voice. It marks the first collaboration between Hwanhee and composer Jun Young since Hwanhee’s Fly to the Sky days.

The single is already climbing the charts a reflection of Hwanhee’s stable popularity despite currently serving in the military. Take a listen below.

I love HwanHee <3
Spoilery!

I am liking the latest developments of Padam Padam from episodes 11 and 12. This show continues to be written very well and the characters remain interesting. Each plot developing at a nice pace along with character growth. I still anticipate every episode and watch as soon as it is up and subbed. As we head down the slope of the latter half of this drama I still remain as enthusiastic as ever and I still say that even with some of the common themes shared by most Kdramas, Padam Padam feels different. Taking a different tact and coming at a different angle...seemingly following it's own formula to handle standard fare. On to the spoilery bits...

The handling of supernatural element of Gook Soo becoming an angel and getting his wings is something that if handled badly, written badly, could turn corny and stupid. But thankfully it's not and it intrigues me how this is going to play out. Ji Na's character was making me angry the last few episodes. Yes, I know the discovery of Kang Chil's connection with her mother, father and 'uncle' was a lot to take, but I still feel she was too harsh and cold. But then again, I feel as if she got over her bitterness fairly quickly. Back to Gook Soo... I absolutely loved all of his moments in episode 12! His petulant 'little boy lost and unloved' reactions to everyone and how quickly he came back once Omma said she was sorry or Hyo Sook's willingness to kiss him turned a corner. The bromance of Kang Chil and Gook Soo continues to be a major highlight of this show for me. So funny and sweet and very endearing. I am also loving how the core plot of gaining the upper hand with Chan Gul and finding the proof of his innocence; how it is playing out slow like an undercurrent of evil and darkness that is beating at the surface and will eventually come to the fore. I am especially fearful of the dangerous, dark turn of Detective Jung (Ji Na's Father) and his finding out about the lovers...His rage and hatred for Kang Chil is so scary to me!<------------ I can't wait for the next episode!
I didn't know Thunder had a cameo on this drama. I'm a total fangirl of MBLAQ, when I see any of the members I go "Oooh, it's ". And I just had one of those moments...lol
