I watched this I'd say about 7 or so years ago. Pretty sure it's a kdrama. Starts off with a girl selling nuts on the side of the road. Some reason she runs away and starts making jewelry designs and in the end she falls for guy and promises to make a ring for him. They break up for some reason and he shows up at a showing of jewelry and only likes one ring and finds out it was the ring she made for him. Fast forward to wedding day they are about to say their vows and crazy ex shows up with a knife.
