Recommend a Drama(s) to watch from the person's Plan to Watch List

I planned from the onset to limit my recommendation to five dramas, then tacked on one more. There are a lot more on your PTW list I would still recommend.

Having had a look I'd say either BORDER, Sungkyunkwan Scandal or Black and White. All from different countries with very different stories, but all good fun to watch. 
Also, Arang and the Magistrate is pretty good too. ^.^

There weren't that many on your list that I watched myself but sme caught my eye and I enjoyed them alot:

Catch Me (I had to laugh so much, a really amusing movie... and of course Joo Won!)
Killer Toon (nice horror movie and an interesting idea, good cinematography)

A werewolf boy (if you want to watch something heart-wrenching)
I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (this one seems cute at first but deals with mental illnesses,also has an indie-like feel)

The Master's Sun - This drama is something different from the usual kind since it has that tint of horror! 
Angry Mom -  Amazing Amazing Drama! definitely a must watch

Secret is a really well done melodrama if ever you in the mood for something a little dark.

Okay, I'll pick 3 of them:

Ghost (acting and story perfect, also unexpected twists)
I Remember You (great acting and story)
Prosecutor Princess (at first a bit light-hearted and funny but later really serious story)

if you like melodrama, Padam padam is good..it has a great storyline.
If you prefer rom-com, Gentleman's Dignity is good also.

Oh, definitely You Who Came From the Stars.

It was a bit overhyped and to be honest, I'm not a real big fan of Kim Soo-Hyun, but the leads had really great chemistry and the romance was really lovely.

To the person above me(@candycity) from your list of movies to watch, I recommend Twenty. It was full of laughs, great acting, and the three male leads <3 .You will love it!!!!

Wow catstreet, you have a very long Plan to Watch List with some great choices on it but I will limit my recommendation to the following three:
Noble, My Love- it is light and fun and a fast drama to get through because the episodes are only 15 or 20 minutes long.
Empress Ki-all I can say is it is amazing
My Name is Kim Sam Soon- One of my very favorite dramas
