Additional drama recommendations:

Youth is the one most closely associated with Spring, Thus coming of age dramas would be the best representation of 'Spring'Dramas. And definitely light and uplifting dramas/movie overall:

  • Puberty Medley
  • Hi School Love On
  • Lingerie Girls 1979
  • Shut Up Flower Boy Band
  • Goong
  • Reply 1994
  • Age of Youth ( season 1 and 2)
  • Kingyo Club - Japanese drama though a bit heavy at times
  • Kimi no Todoke - Japanese Movie
  • Your Name - Anime movie
  • Love O2O - Chinese drama
  • Our Times - Taiwan Movie
  • Blue Gate Crossing - Taiwan Movie

But if you are looking for rebirth or reinvention type of 'spring' , then maybe:

  • Twenty Again
  • Go back Couple
  • 18 vs 29
  • Please Comeback Mister
  • Chicago Typewriter
  • The Package
  • Scent of a woman - despite the theme, this drama is quite lighthearted
  • Falling for Innocence

Dramas set in spring or has close association to the spring season:

  • Spring Waltz - heavy melodrama
  • Longing for Spring
  • My Spring Days - heavy melodrama
  • Lie to Me

Thank you for your suggestions. I'm not really into youth dramas perhaps because I watch kdrama partly for the cute guys in them. However Gong and replay 1994 have been on my list for  while so might try them.  I loved scent of a woman made me both laugh and cry so many times.  I think I might try 18 vs 29 or go back couple as I like the idea of a couple revisiting the reasons they fell in love.
