Romance between a man who works his way up from being poor and a high class woman

Basically like the title says I would like to see a drama where the main lead has gotten a good job despite having no financial backing. Would like there to be romance with a woman who many are pursuing but she rejects them. I have never seen a drama like this so hoping there is something like this.

Ugly Alert - Over 100 episodes, however each episode is only about 30 mins, so you basically can count it as 50ish. ML works himself up from absolute bottom, having just come out from prison for a crime he didn't commit. The FL is daughter of a rich family.

Ms temper Nam Jung ki, if I remember rightly it may be different from your description but it's alpha female beta male. She's his boss and he has no financial backing and struggles with getting promoted.
