Adapted from a manga/ dumb funny plot

So I'm currently watching Ouran High School Host Club and loving every minute of it. Its ridiculously funny and I simply can not get though an episode without laughing. Another show I watched along these lines was Blazing Transfer Students- this one I'm not even ashamed to say I peed a little from laughing so hard.

So looking for something similar to these shows.
