There’s also a Taiwanese drama that comes to mind, “Before We Get Married”. The male lead is a player, too. He saw the girl, was attracted to her and pursued her even knowing she’s about to be married to another guy and keeps rejecting him. He tried various means to seduce her, with some methods of which reminds me of that old movie called “Indecent Proposal” (offering the girl monetary gain in exchange for a night in bed with him). He even left his own long time fiancee for the girl once he realized his feelings of sexual attraction and obssession turned into love.

If that isn’t a bad boy falls in love with good girl trope then I don’t know what else is :)

What Is Love? Taiwan. Playboy researches individual women and sets up situations that will make them fall in love with him - the objective is brief intense affairs. This is shown early on. For instance, he "saves" our heroine from ruffians who are actually his friends, finds out things like her favorite movies which become his favorites, hints that he is ready to settle down if she seems marriage-minded, etc. He's told many women that he loves them if that's what they want to hear. The heroine is smitten with his fake persona but discovers the deception before the relationship is consummated. After this, he is genuinely obsessed with her... or does he even know how he feels? (Personally, I think he re-defines "stalker", but it's a romantic comedy.)
