Must see Chinese and Taiwanese movies?

I thought about watching some chinese and taiwanese movies. I already have few in my plan to watch list but i still wanted to ask you guys. Recommend good movies? You can recommend any, but lately i prefer romantic ones. :)

I haven't seen too many myself, so Ill be curious to check back and see what others recommend. From what I've seen I'd recommend Mulan and Secret. They are both very good, two of my favorite movies.

Cape No. 7 - a pretty straight-forward romance box office hit
Lovesick - just your average rom-com (with the same actors that are in In Time With You)
One Day - a romance movie, but with a kinda time-travel-like theme...

From Mainland China:
Aftershock - not a romance movie, but it's a really heartfelt portrayal of the devastating earthquake that shook China in the 70s... I'd call it a must-see ^^
