Fantasy Cdrama where FL is super magical and powerful and ml isnt

I see  fantasy cdramas where ML is like god of all powers yada yada and fl is barely anything. sometimes holds some power but nothing like ml. ml is oh so great has to protect her. there are dramas, i think one by dilruba dilmurat and love and redemption where ml and fl are like on the same level when it comes to power ig. but any drama where the guy is significantly less powerful than FL and FL is the one doing all the action. one eg could be the legend of white snake and all its versions but kinda didn't find the fl that cool, she was mostly of "innocent personality"

I would check out Noble Aspirations. At the very least to start the show the two female characters are stronger than the male ones. I think the second female lead stays stronger than the second male lead through the whole show. The male lead of course needs to rise up and become the most powerful but he starts from essentially nothing and the female lead has to protect him early on from what I recall as he gets destroyed by pretty much all the rival pupils and stuff.

No Boundary - the female lead is an immortal and the male lead is a human. Again it's been a while and I've watched many since but I think this one she's truly stronger than him the whole way through though there are other beings stronger than her so both her and the male lead often have to work through a system. This is also kind of like Noble Aspirations in that I think the male lead when he gets any power is because of an object.

If you don't mind shows without Wuxia and shows that are a bit older - there are two Mulan shows that  I thought were pretty good. I think she was innocent in one or both but it's Mulan so she becomes a fighter quickly. Legend of Hua Mulan & Mu Lan (2013).

  • Lost Love in Times - FL is a sorceress with legendary / prophesied powers. The ML is a prince with the power to command an army and decent fighting abilities for a human.
  • The Legends - In the beginning the FL is very powerful (powerful enough to form and lead her own sect of cultivators), the ML is very weak / unwilling to fight, and the FL saves the ML's life. But part way through the drama the ML's power is unlocked and the FL dies. After she is resurrected her powers are significantly diminished for most of the rest of the drama.

Honorable mentions:

  • Love O2O - The ML and FL first interact in a game where their avatars get married. The ML is ranked #1 in the server while the FL is in the top ten, but there's a great scene where the main squad are fighting a monster and the ML just sits back and admires his wife doing her thing. Their team mates complain about it and the ML just gloats about being "married" to a badass fighter. 
  • Love Between Fairy and Devil - The ML is more powerful than the FL, but loses his ability to use his powers a few times during the drama. The FL is not aware of her true power (she is the reincarnation of a goddess) for most of the drama, but when she becomes aware of it and unlocks it she's pretty much as powerful as the ML.
  • Who Rules the World - Wuxia, not xianxia. The ML and FL are quite close in terms of their own power and  position in society (although the ML set up a spy network that works for him, which gives him more resources) and at one point in the drama the ML loses his ability to use his powers.

i wanted to watch legends for a long time because i thought it was one of those dramas which have strong cool FL and Soft cute ml pairing. kinda sad to know she wouldn't be powerful majority of the drama

Yes, unfortunately if you went into it expecting the FL to be at full power and for the ML to be soft and weak for the whole drama you'd be disappointed, but it's a little bit more complicated than the FL not being powerful for the majority of the drama. Like I mentioned, the FL starts out very powerful, loses her powers completely for a relatively short period of time, and then her power fluctuates widely - sometimes getting pretty much all the way up to her original peak power level / enough to take on an entire enemy sect with the ML (power couple moment). Also, although the ML becomes more powerful than the FL and is ruthless when it comes to taking revenge for her death / protecting her legacy, he is always deferential to the FL (except when he is not aware of her identity). Now that you know what to expect, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try even though it doesn't match your criteria exactly.
