Don't add tags through the bit that literally says Add Tags.
Don't add tags through the bit that says Edit > Tags.
Add tags through the bit that says Edit > GENRES.

Changing the first one is a basic text edit. The second is marginally more complicated.
Given the amount of volunteer and mod time wasted on rejecting tag suggestions made through text links which instruct us do this here, surely it's worth a moment of dev time to amend this. Even if you aren't willing to make the rules you require us to follow clear on the site, at least remove the words which tell us to do it wrong.
