UPGRADE My Watchlist adding more filter options (columns) or adding tags

I've been using the notes feature on each drama to do this on my own but then the notes don't always sort alphabetically properly and that gets annoying at times. So I'd definitely welcome some way to sort the plan to watch list (it'd be great if it also has a feature to tell you when you added it to your list? Like if I added something and still upcoming years later then I can probably just remove it but right now I don't think there's a way to show that?)
