When will the admins bring back editorials and fix the new writer bug?

Since November 2021, there's been a bug that makes it impossible to assign an article draft to a new writer (announced here).

Since July 2023, no one has been able to publish any editorials, except for a few staff members who are still writing articles. There's a post about this issue on the suggestions forum with 132 votes.

When are these issues going to be fixed? It's been 2 years, so I think the admins owe us an explanation.

that sucks my friend would've liked to write a Tokusatsu article since last year or previous :(
