If you're going through something, expressing your feelings is not wrong—that’s the whole point of building a community, whether it’s on social media or elsewhere. Sharing your story wasn’t wrong, but being insistent on immediate action may have come across negatively. That said, I don’t think anyone would have been offended by what you said since you were simply stating facts. However, staying fixated on a single topic when others might not be as interested could be the reason the thread was revamped .

So, relax. Life is full of such small-big ups and downs. There’s no need to take it to heart.

The thread has been replaced with a new one but this time they only allow for BOT SPAM (or act like one) reporting. The old one was closed because it has been abused by an endless dragging discussion about certain issue even after a warning from admin.

It's not like you have been restricted to talk about the TOS breaching accounts at all. I don't understand this "negative sentiment" on MDL by certain group of people lately. You still can open normal dedicated thread like this one and nobody has ever attempted to close it. You can also send the email directly to support.

If your concern is about the efficiency of MDL staffs in handling/solving those reports, then that is a different story...and has nothing to do with closing that particular thread which was not a place for a coffee talk in the first place!

It's not like there's a rule to restrict people from creating another MDL-like website. Even in the old days there were two MDL...one was with a different domain extension IIRC.

You are wrong!! If you ever read the OP or the first post of that closed thread It was obviously created for reporting BOT SPAM!! But at some point it turned into reporting users you stated above. Since you missed the party let me tell you, the thread was out of control with endless discussion talking about the same thing over and over again....and therefore it was closed for good. However, you still can report, making new thread, do mass reporting, or whatever, like usual. Whether the action will be taken, has been taken or they just want to pretend or whatever you want to suspect they are doing, is not the point of closing that thread.

Just to clarify, we prefer to handle harassment and personal issues privately. Please email us instead. We manage those cases personally and have no reason to make them public. The post above is essentially defamation, but if you choose to believe it, that’s up to you.

When we get to your ticket, we’ll either reach out to you or remove the content and warn the users involved. We’re not here to babysit people. Sometimes we might miss emails or tickets because there are just so many to go through. If the issue is really important, we trust people will contact us directly instead of spreading rumors just because action wasn’t taken right away or the account wasn’t banned instantly.

I'm looking through your reports, and most of them have been resolved with deletion and a warning to the user.
