Can't arrange actors or related titles

The drag handle has not been working for a while. I can't arrange actors or related titles at all. I always get this

when I try to pull an actor or a title. Can you please fix it?


Using Google Chrome, btw.

Ji-N, please fix this when you can. I'm not able to update the cast list properly because of it. All support actors are at the top and I can't do anything about it.
