Multiple pop ups that are not legit ads on mobile browser

I keep getting random ads that boot me off of MDL on the mobile browser- I’ve used both Safari and Chrome and it now happens on both. If someone wants me to send screenshots of what I’m getting I can do so. It’s not regular ads, those are fine, these are like spam ads.
