User Unable to Post in Forums

I sent a DM, but just in case I shall also create a ticket for the user here.  Since they are unable to create one due to the issue. I was notified by the user that they are able to use all other parts of the site. However, they are unable to post in the forums and it has been an ongoing issue for them.  User's Profile
