Looking at the 3 duplicate posts above, you can see that something is wrong with the approval, looks like some titles are approved twice. The page ID/number are back-to-back, meaning the were approved following each other.

A possible cause are the submissions with no cover. I noticed they are mostly the ones that are duplicated.

I've noticed that too. Perhaps we should upload some "no cover" photo instead of leaving the cover image blank. If that makes sense. Or perhaps not.

If this is the case, make a thread and notify Jin. That way he can patch the bug up (when he has time) instead of working around the problem.
