I dont understand how it happened but today when i was looking if there is another Fa Hai movie i found this. One should be deleted. How do you know which one was added earlier? Did i do mistake? But how it is possible? Every time when i am about to add some movie i am looking in MDL if it really doesnt exist in every possible name.

I know @olivestulip already answered some, but I just would like to add, I wouldn't worry about seeing a duplicate profile for a title you added, even when you already checked beforehand. If you notice, the numbers in the links are only a difference of 26. I'm not sure how many titles on average are added each day, but since the numbers are kind of close together, then I wouldn't be surprised if they were submitted on the same day, and approved around the same time. In that case, it becomes a duplicate and wouldn't have shown up in the database before. (At least that is what I believe would happen, my theory, since I don't know exactly how it works or how it happens). I'd only think I mistakenly missed an existing entry when searching for one if the URL numbers were further apart.

I know i shouldnt worry, its just when i see it, i have feeling that i have to throw something from window or break something. I just wanted to sort movies and dramas according some lists and add movies/dramas which are missing to make life easier to others.

Another reason there are duplicates is because of our glitchy system.  I have nearly re-added movies/people I've already added because the Add New Title/New Person page doesn't recognize the name, sometimes the search engine doesn't recognize it either.  

Another problem is some people don't take the time to add the AKAs when they add movies or people so the same movie/person may be listed under two names.  And once again, our glitchy system doesn't always recognize the AKAs.  Even searching under the native name doesn't always produce good results.

There's also the buggy system that produces what I call a ghost or phantom duplicate.  I'll only hit submit once but it will produce two somehow.

Don't take it to heart.  Most of us add to the DB in good faith and with due diligence, sometimes duplicates happen.  ^^
