Bugs problem in sending flower to stars profile.

I have send flower to stray kids member: Bangchan, Lee Know, Changbin , Hyunjin , Han , Felix , Seungmin and IN but the flower isn't showing in their profile and also showing their profile as unranked. Hope this bugs problem will be solved soon. Thank you.
