Changing font size in biography?

I've seen a couple profiles that have different sized font and was wondering how I did it. Do I need to type some code into the code view? Or am I just blind and it's in the option is on the top bar?

The 6th icon on the editing bar, is PARAGRAPH FORMAT (looks like a musical note with a drop down?)
