I really loved the below cute scenes in novel that was left out in drama due to restrictions.No problem.There is no restriction for imagination right?i can imagine xiao and wang yibo in the below scenes.
1)Main scene-Xiao presenting a pair of black and white rabits to lan wangji -symbolising our lead pair themself.Black one is active and mischievios like wei ying.White one is calm and pretty like lan chan himself.
There is no romance content in presenting someone with pet right?!!No idea why the makers modified this scene!!!
2)Wei ying realising lan chan dont like spicy foods and ordered and ate very spicy food each time just for him in yi city (when he cook spicy congee for lan deciples)So sad why makers cut this scene not sure.
2)Love confession scene-Even though the very soft and caring lan wangis calling "Wei ying" in the climax of the drama was heart melting, wanted to see lan chan cry after hearing wei yings love confession on screen after decades of waiting.
3)Wei ying after realising his love for lan chan and deliberately fell off from tree , hoping lan chan to catch him.This scene also makers should have kept it as one of wei yings mischievious cute action without emotional content.
4)(Lan chan leaving arrow competition with angry expression after wei ying touched/ untied lan chans ribbon accidentally.Wei ying hearing the meaning behind the sacred ribbon of lan chan from lan sichui.It was really cute to see wei yings confusion and excitement after knowing the meaning. In drama it was changed like it was informed to wei ying in the beginning of the drma by lan chan himself while he was drunk.
5)Wei ying and lan chan overhearing a couples discussion about their child.When the husbund told to his wife that"Boys, don’t they bully other people only because they like them? They just want others to look at them.”
It was delight to see wei ying froze in place realizing the reason behind his mischievous/bully behaviour with lan chan from the beginning.
6)Lan chan keeping the flower wei ying thrown at him once as a dried flower book mark, stealing & Keeping the herb pouch from wei ying and using it as a money bag. Keeping his home work sheets with mistakes on the memory of distraction caused by wei ying .awwwww. how cute lan chan.
7)lan chan keeping wei ying in his lap and caring for him after wei ying lost his senses in cave scene, in boat while returning lotus pier.
8)wei ying tracing his fingertip many times on the words "lan wangji" before erasing them from the house walls.awwww
9)childhood story of Jin Guang Yao and the details what he was searching in the gunyan temple is not explained in climax well.it was quite clumsy to understand because of this reason
