a recent favorite. an absolute blast to watch for his comedic chops, and his microexpession is meticulously detailed & fun to watch which is just impressive yet normal as he is a theatre actor. would love to see him excelling far complex roles though, i think he already prove that he's able to pull those off.

my favorite japanese actor, ever. the diversity of his projects, the way he pulled off every single character without a fail, just everything. it's quite hard for me personally to detect the level of acting performance among japanese actors/actresses mostly because i'm not used watching them as i do with k-dramas, but ayano go is perhaps one of the rare kind that i find easy to be attracted to acting-wise. he's just good. period.

the master of 'realistically pathetic' acting performance, if you know what i mean lol. a satisfying feast to watch on his comedy roles, yet it still suprises me at how stoic he is on one of his earlier works such as king 2 hearts (2012).
-
Namkoong Min
South Korean
drama:
- kim sung-ryong in chief kim (2015)
- baek seung-soo in hot stove league (2019)
- na yi-jae in doctor prisoner (2019)

- ahn dan-tae/seok joon-pyo in beautiful gongshim (2016)
an actor you could trust to live up to your endless expectation almost every single time he choose a project. i still think he's severely underrated though which is sad because his recent works has been nothing but pure masterpieces, especially hot stove league. he sucks on picking romance-oriented dramas though, even when he has the skill to pull literally everything off. i'm rooting for his career to only walk on flowery path from now on!
