Kazuno Tsuyoshi

In 1986, he graduated from the Tokyo Designer Gakuin College's Animation Department. He joined the optical synthesis specialized company Den Film Effect and for about four years, he worked in the company's animation department handling effects animation and movie title production. He was promoted to the position of animation department chief in 1988.
From 1990 to 1994, he worked for Orient Brain in Osaka, where he was responsible for the direction and production of multimedia presentations and exhibition hall video packages, as well as the production of corporate CD-ROMs for facilities such as power plants and oil refineries.
In 1994, he joined System Sacom, a game development company at the time, and worked for a year and a half as a CG designer on games for Sega Saturn and PlayStation platforms. He later became the CG leader, overseeing about 30 CG staff.
For about six months starting in August 1995, he worked independently on CD-ROM productions for corporate clients.
From 1996 to February 2002, he worked at General Entertainment as a CG director and technical director, involved in the production of video games and films.
In February 2002, he became a freelancer, and in July 2004, he established the limited company Studio Backhorn, becoming its representative director.
Between January 2006 and August 2012, he used the name Kazuno Tsuyoshi (鹿角剛司).
