Wu Mian is a Chinese actress born in Shanghai, China. After graduating from the Performance Department of Shanghai Theatre Academy in 1982, she worked as an actor at Harbin Drama Theater, Wuhan Drama Theater, Shanghai Film Studio, and was a member of the 11th and 12th Shanghai CPPCC.

She is currently the deputy director of the 12th Cultural Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League.
