Kim Hae Ri is a South Korean actress. She graduated from Yeouido Girls' High School and later obtained a master's degree in Culture and Arts Management from Dongguk University.

She made her debut in the entertainment industry after winning the 1988 Miss Korea beauty pageant. Her name was misspelled by reporters as Kim Hye Ri and she kept it for many years as a stage name. During her earlier roles, she appeared in many historical dramas. However, she became involved in controversy as she was caught drunk driving three times, in 1997, 2004, and 2014. She repeatedly drove under the influence and her image was tarnished when she refused to take a breathalyzer test while intoxicated.

She began appearing in dramas again in late 2015 and her image has partially recovered as her acting has been praised by the media. She is represented by SH Media Corp. (에스에이치미디어코프).
