Cha Woong Ki is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, former member of TO1 (티오원, formerly known as TOO), and current member of AHOF (아홉). He graduated from Hanlim Arts School and is currently on a leave of absence from the Broadcasting and Video program at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. He is the younger brother of actor Cha Jae Hoon.

He was a popular child actor under the stage name Cha Jae Dol, appearing in numerous dramas, films, musicals, and commercials (CFs). He made his acting debut in 2007 with a role in the KBS drama, "Daughters-in-Law" (며느리 전성시대).

He participated in Mnet's survival show, "World Klass", and was selected as part of the show's project group. He made his debut in April 2020 as TOO's vocalist and maknae with their first mini-album, "Reason for Being: 仁 (Benevolence)".

The group was originally represented by WAKEONE (웨이크원) and n.CH Entertainment (n.CH엔터테인먼트). However, in March 2021, n.CH decided not to continue in this joint venture, leaving WAKEONE as the sole agency managing the group. They decided to rebrand and changed the group's name to TO1.

Unfortunately, the group was never able to promote steadily, and in June 2022, he decided to leave, along with 3 other members.

Not long after leaving his former group, TO1 (formerly TOO), he participated in the survival show "Boys Planet". He was later eliminated, ranking 20th overall, and did not make it into the debut lineup.

He then participated in the SBS survival program "Universe League", where he finished in 2nd place and earned a spot in the resulting project group. He made his debut in July 2025 as part of AHOF with their first mini-album, "Who We Are". They are managed by F&F Entertainment (F&F엔터테인먼트).
