Lowell Lo is a Hong Kong composer and actor known for "The Killer "(1989), "Shaolin Soccer" (2001) and "Sons of the Neon Night" (2021). He won the Golden Horse Award for Best Original Film Score for "Painted Faces" (1988). He won the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Original Film Song for "Echoes of the Rainbow" (2010), HKFA for Best Original Film Song for "Relying on Love" (1990), and the HKFA for Best Original Film Song for "Who is Most Loved"(1987).

He is married to the singer Susan Tang.
