You grew up in the 90s? Congratulations, you grew up in the era of dial-up Internet and VCRs. "Porn" wasn't accessible on every device. Times have changed, and so has the effect of "porn" on society

There's a difference between healthy "sexual" expression and unhealthy "sexual" expression (e.g. an industry that profits off the degradation of women's bodies). Your pro-sexuality propaganda has blinded you from seeing the difference

why the actor apologizes?korean aren't religious country anyway aren't fully traditional country anywayfeel free…
"kdramas always trespass the boundaries and norm"

Trespassing boundaries/norms? They're tripping over them and landing flat on their faces!

Men raping women and society making light of rape in the name of entertainment are as normal as the grass being green. If anything, "rape porn" reaffirms existing norms and perpetuates violence against women

Do u even use instagram? Its not a thing u can do by accident it's a multi step process
People are downplaying the abuses taking place in the "porn" industry

The performers, most of whom are women, are drugged into states of artificial arousal and emotionally manipulated into performing acts that normally violate a person's boundaries and standards of propriety

The scenes might be staged, but the acts are real, as are their repercussions, both immediate and long-lasting

"Imagine coming across a porn parody image of your workplace, most if not all people would forward either the image itself or a link to it just for 'shock value' or because they think it's funny"

The cultural normalization of misogyny has reached a point where people find humor in images of women being "raped to death" and share them with their co-workers. Yet we are demonized for saying, "that's not okay?"

Rape is no laughing matter. If you're free to laugh at women being raped, I'm free to laugh at you being insensitive fools

We’re not overreacting or being hasty with our judgment. We think poorly of others, because they give us no reason to think highly of them

Ask yourselves why you're okay with depraved, misogynistic "humor" in any context. It's your action that needs adjusting, not our reaction to it

If you ever shared a lewd picture in your life according to Mydramalist Logic:- You rape children.- You rape women.-…
"... xenophobic comments ... misandrist comments ... Nazi Republic Mydramalist ..."

You’re all defending "porn" like it’s the holy grail of entertainment. Newsflash: it’s not

"Porn" is almost always a pleasure palace for men and a dungeon for women, who bear the brunt of its gender inequalities. It’s not "misandry," "xenophobia," or "nazism" to take issue with that. It’s basic decency

If only he had accidently posted gay porn instead, he would've been hailed a hero.
Society begs men to conquer, violate, and assert their dominance over women's bodies. It’s hardly the stuff of legends to follow that script

Two men or two women finding pleasure in each other's company flips the script and makes society uncomfortable. It's a heroic act, a noble pursuit for the brave at heart

girl there is like zero trans representation in korean media so picking apart the *one* time a trans character…
"... there is like zero trans representation in korean media "

"Trans" identifying characters have been appearing more in media and finding a receptive audience among conservatives

Conservatives have discovered a new weapon in their arsenal: the "trans" card. They push gay or non-conforming individuals to adopt a "trans" identity, essentially shoving them back into the closet with a different outfit

Viewers shouldn't get worked up over the NSFW bits being toned down in this adaptation. Actors and actresses aren't live-action "porn" stars on demand to bump nasties for anyone's enjoyment

Let's keep the bedroom gymnastics where they belong: in the bedroom, behind closed doors

unfortunately they'll have to tone it down because it's being aired on national tv. the director already confirmed…
Fortunately, they'll keep that vulgar display of "straightness" off the screens

There are many sexual conversations and scenes in the novel. I wonder if they will reflect this in the series.…
"Straightness" isn't brave or taboo, it's a societal expectation so powerful that any deviation from it is treated as a taboo

"Straight" identifying people are following the script and taking the path of least resistance. They're members of the world's largest and longest-running cult. Governments, religious institutions, and society at large conspire together to recruit the young into this cult, instilling them with the compulsion to violate/be violated by the body of the opposite sex, breed conformity, and ensure a steady supply of laborers, taxpayers, and consumers to keep the engine of capitalism humming along

True bravery is two men or two women (ideally, two A-list celebrities of the same sex) locking lips and getting busy, on the big screen, for the homophobic majority to see. Now that takes serious balls, or ovaries

@Kbeauty's got a "straight" pass for age gaps and "porn/sexual content." They're so busy being homophobic, they can't see their double standards

"... the plots were like those of porn not actual porn"

Only someone who’s consumed enough porn to get a PhD in it could find similarities between this story and a pornographic one

If I'd had the power, I’d have been first in line to outlaw "straight" porn/sexual content, so don’t come at me with your "this is porn-like" conspiracy theories. This is as far from porn as you are from a functioning frontal lobe

What does it even mean to "groom" another adult? I assume you understand that a 20 year old woman is an adult…
You're weird AF just admit it
