What a sweet moment. 🥹❤️ I’m so glad they finally moved back in together. The reconciliation was everything!
And look at the character development. No more soup, we’ve upgraded to congee now. 😂
Wu Rong and Zou Yun are two different characters.
Zou Yun SA’d Gao Zhun and got caught by the police in the last few episodes of Deep In.
Outside of the series, Wu Rong is basically like a senior brother to Zhang Zhun, which is why he complimented him as a good actor.
Did you even watch it properly? Lol 😂
Season 2, a special episode, or even a whole new series with them, I’m all in!
China just raised the standard with this masterpiece. 👏🔥
My theory is that they filmed two different scenarios.
Scenario 1: Gao Zhun was SA’d, and he accidentally called Zhen Xin’s name, which made Zhen Xin develop feelings for him. Zhen Xin was supposed to be out of the script and wasn’t originally part of the story.
Scenario 2: The police arrived in time, so Gao Zhun was not SA’d.
Both scenes took place in the house. That’s just my theory though, so I could be completely wrong.

Since today is the finale, there will be no countdown within the last 10 hours.
This applies to every show on MDL.
They were completely honest with each other, sharing their feelings, crying, confessing, and ending it with a hug. It was such a genuine and emotional moment.
So beautiful.
It's still a decent watch if you're after something light, but for me, it ended up being one of this year's bigger disappointments.
Watching Episodes 4 and 5 truly opened my eyes. We are so spoiled without even realising it.
Miao Jing’s mother abandoned her while she was still in high school. She is a bright student, yet she has no money, no food, and has to collect cans just to survive.
Chen Yi’s story is just as heartbreaking. After his father passed away, he was left with nothing and also had to collect metal scraps to get by.
Watching the two of them open an empty fridge, worry about having nothing to eat, and struggle to pay the electricity bill completely broke my heart.
It made me realise how fortunate so many of us are. We have food on the table, a roof over our heads, and often don’t have to worry about where our next meal will come from. Yet we still complain about the smallest inconveniences and take so much for granted.
This series reminded me to be grateful, to spend money wisely, and to never forget that for some children, this isn’t just a story. This is their life.
My heart aches knowing that somewhere out there, there are kids carrying burdens no child should ever have to bear.
I’m so sick of BLs where the main lead sees his lover with another woman and immediately assumes she’s his girlfriend.
She could be his sister, cousin or even his mum. You can’t just make assumptions, walk away and ghost him without even asking for an explanation.
They’re following the manhwa, so have you actually read it?
