on epi 3 and I've got to ask, why do these young women, she has to be in her mid 20's, going by the 2nd ML, so why does she wear her hair like a child. Are women in the east actually this immature? From the clips I've seen, she and her sister are step-sisters, each belonging to one parent and the parents follow what the actress sister wants like little sheepdog, the father even locking the FL into her bedroom on the day of the 2ML's eye surgery so the sister can step into her place. So, why does the FL even give her parents the time of day. I get that she's supposed to be kind hearted, but instead it should say she's a doormat. She even goes with her sister to her wedding dress fitting. I really don't know if I can keep watching this when all I can think is when is this girl going to get a backbone and stand up to her father and when is the father going get get some balls and stand up to the nasty daughter, and when is Mom going to put both the father and the nasty daughter in their place. The only thing that might make this tolerable for me to skip multiple epi and find out what happens in the end.

it really seems that Chinese screenwriters for the most part do not like women or they don't think very highly of them, because there are so many irritating females in cdramas.

just started watching and the maid did say they couldn't ride, but come on...if I don't know how far I'm going to have to walk you'd bet my butt would be in that saddle hanging on for dear life.

the mom is annoying and Luna isn't a huge part of it. I just fast forwarded through some of the mom parts. I've watched it twice and really enjoy it.

I don't mind you asking at all. No, she doesn't succeed, no matter how she tries and eventually she thinks he's pretty great. but there is a lot of her being bossy in between hating him and approving.

yes, she's the typical cdrama mother, deciding who her daughter can see and who she shouldn't. She hates the ML and yes, tries to break them up, insists on it. There is one hysterically funny part where she catches them kissing.

She's in and out, you don't see her real steady, mostly in the early to mid part of the show.

she's an actress in the show and she's obnoxious, she tries to bully the FL, but the FL is strong and she really doesn't put up with it. I have no problem answering, I love spoilers, so I probably ask for more information than I should so no problem.

how soon does she figure out that the "brother" is in love with her. IMO he's really selfish, the way his father treats her what kind of life would she have if they got together.

surprised with the sex, normally they wake up after a night of what I guess is sex completely dressed. The show really is surprising me....strawberry flavored condom's, the black corset, LOL. Never saw that in a cdrama before.

am I the only one who finds the FL a little obnoxious, esp in epi 14 when out of the blue she is made director over the ML who apparently has been at the company for some time and then she expects everyone to be so excited when she invites them to dinner at her house. Please tell me it gets better from here because right now I just want to reach through the screen and shake her and her obnoxious baby talk, which I understand it quite appealing to the eastern men, but for us in the west it grates on my nerves.

I know I was waiting for some kind of retribution to the evil one, but again, they let her off easy. I don't understand the writers that never really let the bad ones get "got".

she's his 2nd legal wife, while the others are concubines. Don't know how much difference that makes really, he has a harem that mostly he doesn't even like. But, then with a mother like his, I can see why he's not crazy about women.

couldn't agree more about the Mother in law...someone posted that they didn't know how someone hadn't tried to poison the evil witch, definitely have to agree, but I want to constantly ask the ML to grow a pair when it comes to his mother. On epi 29 and she keeps doing the fainting thing and I constantly hope she doesn't wake up from her faint.
