same here. This is the 2nd time I've tried to watch this and I only came back for Dennis. The FL has absolutely no appeal, although every so often she is funny. I'm only on epi 8 and already thinking I need to ff through the next 8 or 10 epi. Where is the romance between the ML and FL? It's none existent.

just finished watching the entire show, ff through the mother and the best friend, both were annoying. Maybe I'll go back later and watch the 1st epi but at this point I'll just give myself some time before going in again. Thanks.

the only thing that got me past that horrible mother and the obnoxious whiney friend is in the first 4-5 epi, in the very beginning it shows their wedding, so I know it will have a happy ending and I can ff through the mother and friend.

several people have mentioned the buzz cut and not liking it. I loved it, but then I haven't seen many of his dramas so maybe it will be different when I do.

I don't think I've seen a drama where the second female, the best friend, isn't obnoxious in a multitude of ways. They are either so bossy it makes me want to punch them, or they talk in that whiney baby voice all the time, or they're just plan stupid like this girl. It's obvious the guy doesn't like her and she just pushes and pushes and makes herself look even more stupid. I'm in epi 15 and she is grating on my last nerve. I'm going to end up having to ff thru her scenes.

I really hate it when the secondary male character gets that the girl doesn't like him, that she's in love with the ML and still latches on and makes a pest of himself. This guy, he latches on like a leech and normally I would feel sorry that he didn't get the girl and was sad, but this guy, I just want someone to punch him.

Please give me a spoiler: someone in one of the comments mentions Qin Yue and Xu Zhi framing Zheng Han...what exactly did they do?

I was thinking the same thing. I'm 15 epi in and I just have a feeling the mother is going to be a bigger problem than she already is.

i read so many articles and I also thought he was wrongly accused. That is so terrible and sad that it will effect his career like this.

and why the FL doesn't call her out among all the other colleagues and continues to put up with her sneaky ways is beyond me.

I am a huge fan of Jerry Yan which is why I chose to watch this. I'm only in the 2nd epi and really have to ask myself WHY? After watching the FL's probably first monolog about getting fired then watching her drunk scene, that was enough. Am I going to have to FF through all her scenes? The kids are adorable, Jerry Yan is what I always think of him as, funny in comedy roles, dramatic in dramas, but Ella, this is the first time I've seen her and I just don't know if I can go the full show.

Loving, Never Forgetting. Definitely not a comedy, but I loved it. This is the one that got me hooked on Jerry Yan.

completely agree with you. I'd just like them to not pout and whine, it's just cringy when they do that. Other than the man possibly feeling protective, I can't imagine what a man would find appealing.

I'm only at epi 20 I think and I really hate his mother. He's said it to her several times that what she's thinking about is the company, but never about his happiness. She's a miserable soul and I can only hope that she gets left in the dust by the end of this.

I swear, the majority of these rom/com dramas the women are dumber than rocks and so immature it just grates on my nerves to watch.

after reading all the comments I have to say, I agree with so many. I really like the actor who is the ML, but cold and damaged is the only way to describe him. The FL, could that girl get any more immature? I had to FF through so much of it, I might as well have not watched. The schemer girl, she was the reason I got through it all, I wanted to see when and how she'd get caught. I have to ask, are people in real life this shy? It's just crazy. The one thing positive I can say, is that I loved his mother from the very start and that's not normally what I would be saying about mothers in these dramas. The ending was what we hope for, and that's basically all I can say.

I do a lot of talking to the tv during those scenes.

Thanks, I'm in the middle of Mysterious Love right now and checked on here for the ML's name and saw that there is the sequel, but read the synopsis and it just doesn't seem to be a sequel at all except for the ML and one of the supporting males..
