This isnt TLOSL related, but I went down a Princess Agents rabbit hole these few days. I got triggered all over…
It's pure therapy ain't it π Tbh at the start I still wanted them to finish PA. it doesn't have to be S2 a movie would do. I know it's impossible and all that jazz... But now I say no. That's how I want to remember those two.
You are not the only who felt this way. I couldn't make it past episode 15. I even tried watching the end and…
Sorry that was not the cause miasma and even if it was a commentary it was about pollution but perhaps you are reading into it too much. Like miasma is supposed to be some evil energy not gas or whatever.

Oh right. You meant a commentary on importance of nature and clean environment. I was wondering where does climate change came in. For some reason I thought of frozen ocean π€ I get brain freeze sometimes.
I got the rest of what you tried to say. Although,I disagree, thanks for sharing.
Unfortunately I did not care for LBFAD and dropped it about halfway. I skipped many parts and thought it was overwritten,…
Nothing is wrong with your opinion. But what you missed was that the rest of characters being flat is one of the reasons why some people enjoyed it so much. It's a very simple story. I don't need to care about 20 other story lines which exist in most other dramas of this type. There are 3 eps where I even thought too much time was given to them. I know why and purpose but I didn't feel like I needed to invest emotionally in them. Sometimes a man just needs a talking chicken.
Not trying to set you straight but what you see as a weakness others might see it as strength. In which case I don't see why would you feel cheated if all that happened is really your expectations didn't match with those who thought it was great.
I think this is to show even someone who is smart when it comes to the people you love, you can make mistakes…
I assume you posted it 3 times by mistake.
Well, to me, if I was in her position it could look like he was in cahoots with attackers. Which technically was the case since he took advantage of that attack. One could posit that he double crossed those attackers. So, here, I feel she had pretty valid reasons to be annoyed with him. I found the fact she let it go so easily to be less believable, but meh.
>> " it is her army under her lead", tbh I don't remember it being general knowledge. As far as most people concerned she was just a highly regarded officer of Cui army, but that's about it. So, I'm not sure what protocol could be there for her apology.
Personally, I loved the fact that when it happened she said nothing. Didn't try to convince anyone, explain anything, etc., and just shut up. She said later "nothing I could've said would've helped the situation". Although I can see how it can be an unexpected behaviour, we'd have to agree to disagree on whether it's a character flaw.
Anyway, I don't care much about shows to start taking stuff personally I just like to offer unwanted interpretations π
I dont want to be a blind hater, but who said this was better than Love Between Fairy and Devil? I love xianxia…
Who was it? What criteria did they use? Why not ask whoever told you it's better than LBFAD what were their reasons π
If it was me well it's better than LBFAD purely on the basis that I've watched TLOSL f- knows many more times than I've tried watching LBFAD. Even without saying either of them is good or bad just that in one case there was no effort needed to be made to watch while in the other I'm like "why do I even need to watch it". I'm not going to make an effort to rationalize why.just saying that's the way it is for me.
I'm excited alright. But cautiously optimistic. Probably will wait until it's done airing so I can adjust my expectations…
Eh,it's friggin TJ. To me TJ in LYF is ... Mofung. And I'm not fond of Mofungs in general. General... Mofung.. in general... If I was good at prose I'd say there could be a funny lΓne there somewhere π€π€£

She is a shadow leader her actual rank is lieutenant.
She's blaming LiNi for her "brother"'s death only because she knows he could've stepped in earlier. Instead he waited to save only her.
LiNi's role as commander is also not that clear cut. Technically it's the other general who is in charge. But again he turns up to see FL for a short while after the incident to tell her that he is extorting her father. Who knows what he was doing the rest of the time. Maybe he was walking around giving hugs to everyone. Did it need to he shown.i think Not.but if question like this was raised "maybe".
For them to look like they moved up the ranks etc. all off them needed to be covered in scars and FL to look like a powerlifter. Again not sure I'd like to see that level of realism π€£
As far as herself needing to apologise to his men. Well, they themselves acknowledged that she wouldn't do something like this without accepting the blame. So once the situation calmed down they held nothing against her.
