HAHA exactly 😮‍💨 like damn. this is actually one of the cdramas that have portrayed the leads to be very much painfully human in a good way imo

while everyone (including myself) is hotheaded on the leads, I would like to give appreciation to the wholesome adult friendships that have been portrayed in the drama. I have enjoyed watching all the friendship story lines, from Flora’s wholesome housemates, to Lumi, to Luke’s bro friends and even Zhang Yao. even flora’s senior girl friend who moved to HK and her ex bf were wholesome. yeah, ZY was annoying for a bit when she showed up at his place unannounced but at the end of the day, she still knew her boundaries. this is also exactly the reason why SYZ’s death hits so hard for us.

I’m sorry but those who are still on the whole green flag / red flag trope for this drama really don’t get what this show is really about and the story that it aims to tell

I think because the aurora viewing was during their friend trip, and he cried when he saw Luke bawling while calling flora’s old number

(from the trailer) yeah Luke drunk-crying during the phone call to her old number is as deserved as it is painful, but turns out it’s his best friend crying as well that hits even harder 😭

unfortunately the break up is in ep 21 and not 20 🥲it has taken long enough for the break up to come and it is also very much needed, but damn, i think it will hit like a pile of bricks
