haha I doubt so! I’ve watched cdramas for a couple of years now, actively since 2019, and I don’t really watch kdramas except for a few popular ones back in 2015-17. I would say that cdramas have quite a big range, not boring :) I can try give some recs if you’d like

people whose first cdrama is this show because of its popularity on Netflix would either love or hate cdramas and its world 😅 of course, I would hope it’s the former. but also, this show is a rarity in the cdrama world itself and I wouldn’t say it’s a good representation of cdramas in general 😅that being said, can’t say its popularity on Netflix is a good or bad thing, I don’t watch my cdramas on Netflix. but hopefully ppl don’t start hating on it for no rhyme or reason

@ novel readers - how much important parts of the story do yall predict we will lose when we rush through the final arc with the break up and reconciliation? 🥲

I don’t think either of them are red flags. my take has been that both of them have issues of their own that need to be resolved. and their approach to their rs has been awfully painful hahaha. that’s why I’m also hoping him chasing her back and their reconciliation would be extra satisfying to watch when it comes
